My name is Will Docken and I am a retired United States Customs Service Special Agent. While with the U.S.C.S. I was one of the first two agents to complete the International Association of Computer Investigative Specialists' computer processing certification program. As a U.S.C.S. Special Agent, I processed scores of computers as evidence in Federal and State criminal investigations. I was qualified as an expert and testified at criminal trials in the Eastern and Western Districts of Wisconsin and the Central District of Illinois. My expert opinion was accepted in the Southern District of Florida. In all of these cases the defendants were convicted.

Since my retirement from the Federal Government I have continued to conduct computer examination.

My experience in the private sector has included civil and criminal cases. My clients on the criminal cases have been both the Government and the defense. I have testified as an expert in State, Federal, and Military courts.

Based on my experience as a Federal Law Enforcement Officer and as a private sector computer examiner I believe the most important services I have to offer are:

        1.  A thorough, unbiased examination of the evidence

       2. An honest opinion concerning the evidence.

       3. The ability to understand and interpret the forensic value of that evidence.

       4.
A professional presentation of the evidence.
